AE2S Communications serves as an integrated partner to the City of Woodbury, providing strategic guidance and hands‑on support for several major initiatives. Our work includes helping the City communicate complex water treatment and pipeline projects in ways that are clear, accessible, and community‑focused. This effort has involved simplifying technical information, developing comprehensive communication tools, and ensuring that residents understand the long‑term benefits of the City’s investments in water quality and infrastructure.
Maintaining a Consistent Voice
Beyond water‑related projects, our team has supported additional City priorities such as the Local Option Sales Tax campaign and multiple stormwater system improvements. Building Community Trust and Awareness
With national attention on Woodbury’s proactive response to emerging drinking water concerns, the City has prioritized communication that builds trust, transparency, and long‑term community confidence. AE2S Communications supports this effort by developing clear, consistent messaging; producing accessible graphics, animations, and videos; and maintaining easy-to-navigate digital tools such as the project website and interactive road and trail maps.
A core component of trust-building has been ongoing two-way engagement with residents, businesses, and schools—providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and highlighting progress at every stage. Celebrating milestones has also helped sustain momentum and reinforce confidence in the City’s commitment to clean, safe water. One example is the groundbreaking event for the new water treatment plant, which welcomed more than 150 attendees, including federal, state, and local leaders, project champions, and community members. The celebration was intentionally designed to foster connection and shared purpose, emphasizing the community’s collective investment in reliable, high-quality drinking water.
